The Students of Culinary made homemade pizza. To start out they made their homemade dough. In order to make the dough they put all the ingredients into a large bowl and used the electric mixer till the dough reached the right consistency.
After the dough was mixed, it was covered with plastic wrap while they prepped for the next step. For the next step, students put flour down on the clean counter surface. The purpose of the flour is to ensure that the dough doesn’t stick while kneading.
While the dough was being prepped, the students prepared their red sauce. In order to make the sauce they placed a pot over heat and poured it in. While the sauce was heating they continuously stirred it till done.
