Capstone Idea
My capstone project will consist of using Adobe Illustrator to create positive clothing apparel that could eventually branch out into a variety of products. I am starting by drawing rough sketches on paper, to then scan into Illustrator.
Update #1 (10-05-23)
I started by sketching the drawings onto a piece of paper. Then I scanned the images into the computer. After that, I imported the images into Adobe Illustrator and started to redraw them on a sweatshirt template using the pen tool. currently I have one finished and I am working on the second one.
Update #2 (10-30-23)
This is my second hoodie that I have made. I used the same process of sketching the drawings on paper first then scanning it into the computer and redrawing it on the template.

This is my Third hoodie that I have made. I used the same process of sketching the drawings on paper first then scanning it into the computer and redrawing it on the template. I was motivated to make this design because I personally do not think that people are worth getting upset over, but the principal behind different situations are more important.

I was motivated to make this design because I personally think that if you have the mind set of a quitter that is when you truly fail.

This is my Fifth hoodie that I have made. I used the same process of sketching the drawings on paper first then scanning it into the computer and redrawing it on the template. I was motivated to make this design because I have played soccer my whole life, and during high school our team saying is “we win as a team, or we learn as a team.”
Update #6 (03-5-24)
This is my sixth hoodie that I have made. I used the same process of sketching the drawings on paper first then scanning it into the computer and redrawing it on the template. I was motivated to make this design because there have been multiple instances where I have felt the ache and pain of being mentally defeated and one quote that stuck with me was “one day someone will break you so bad that you become unbreakable.” That has helped me keep on going during painful times.

This is my seventh hoodie that I have made. I used the same process of sketching the drawings on paper first then scanning it into the computer and redrawing it on the template. I was motivated to make this design because the quote that goes along with the hoodie has stuck with me.
